The exterior display is not damaged, yet the pixels are damaged. If the display is not literally harmed yet is not showing an image or is showing "snow'" or upright or horizontal lines, a technician can repair the TV by changing stopped working components. If the display is physically harmed, it can not be fixed. The exemption is a literally harmed screen panel or display. A lot of other problems consisting of falling short audio speakers, backlights, or power supply.
