The excrescences resemble raised, flesh-colored lumps or bumps that have a cauliflower-like look. Signs and symptoms of genital excrescences in females include vaginal, vulva, or groin discomfort, itching, and melting where the mole( s) is. Therapy can get rid of blemishes or lesions, but it does not protect against spread of the infection, and also the excrescences normally grow back. Getting rid of genital verrucas does not protect against the infection from spreading out elsewhere on the body.
